Songs and Gigs...
Daz has the all clear to hit the guitars again, and that is exactly what has been happening! Only three more guitar trax to go to finish guitars off for the whole album, then Leejay is up to the plate.
Make sure you head down to the Newport Hotel in Fremantle this Sunday July 4th at 7pm to rock out with us and taste some of our brand new material that you will feel on the album

Progress.....
So far with Dazza being in the wars with his broken hand, we have been flat our getting serious recording done. 'Bullet Holes and Broken Bones' and 'My Say' have hit the mixing table and drums and bass are down for the rest of the album. Its also looking like we will be including our version of 'Hungry Like the Wolf' on the album as it has made the cut...we will keep you in the loop on that one.
We will be posting up new show dates as soon as the doctors have given Dazza the all-clear medically to play guitar. We are hoping to have dates up within the next 3-4 weeks.
OUCH!
We are sorry to say that due to Daz breaking his hand yesterday, XtortYa will have to cancel the upcoming show @ Two Rocks. This injury will also be putting the album back a good 6 weeks until Daz reaches full recovery.
We will have to reshedule our next Justin.tv live rehearsal until full recovery also.
but....as promised, we will try to get a teaser of our lastest track up for you as soon as we have something to post.

XY Album progress....
Big props to the awesome Kalgoorlie crew that rocked out hard for our show up there! You guys and gals were awesome, thanks for a great night!
As for the album, we are flat out in the studio getting tracks down, productions done and some amazing creations are blowing up into some really fantastic tracks that we simply cant wait to get out there to you all. We will have a teaser of our next track 'Cant Take This' up in coming weeks for you to have a taste of what is yet to come.

Firstly, happy new year to EVERYONE and we are soo pumped to smash this album out!! mixes going everywhere and recording under the pump, there is serious energy here!
Hope to see all you Kalgoorliers rocking out at Judds for a massive show!
Ending 2009
With all the work getting done here at the XY camp its hard to believe that 2009 is already coming to an end! And of course this meaning that 2010 is getting closer.
Currently XtortYa are hitting the studio HARD to get tracks flowing for the new record. With 'Cant Take This' (working title) hitting the mixing desk yesterday, the next tracks are underway already...
Early 2010 will see the release of XtortYa's debut full length album, and a short tour with dates announced shortly!
ALL AGES SHOW
This Saturday 21st November XtortYa alongside Ravior and Opia will rock Leederville HQ for an all ages show. We havent had the opportunity to throw an all ages bash for quite sometime and we are desperately looking forward to hitting the stage for all of our under 18 fans!
We are currently booking our show schedule for early 2010 with a tour in the pipeline so keep your eyes and ears peeled for an update right here!

'Not Mine' has been mixed and is under final preparations for the album. As promised we will be putting up a teaser of 'Not Mine' for you all to taste soon.
Currently XtortYa is working on our next track 'Cant take This' (working title) in the studio as we speak. We are 100% heads down at work here making sure this new album is on track.
